A fun evening exploring the environmental education programs Bubolz Preserve has to offer.
The school year is an adventure and Bubolz Nature Center has got your back! Here at Bubolz we believe that everyone has a Need for Nature. Research has show that time in nature is not only physically beneficial but also results in improved mood, cognitive function, memory and reduces anxiety and depression. Take the stress out of planning your environmental education programs and let our Naturalists lead your students through experiences that will bring them all the benefits that nature has to offer.
What the evening entails:
4:00 to 4:45 pm - Exploration of the building and programming offerings | Tour the Immersion Center | Hors d'oeuvres and complimentary beer, wine and soda will be available.
5:00 pm - Welcome and short presentation on the 2019 - 2020 school year
5:15 to 6:00 pm - Exploration of the building and programming offerings | Tour the Immersion Center | Hors d'oeuvres and complimentary beer, wine and soda will be available.
New Environmental Learning Center
Explore our new environmental learning center designed with versatile classroom space, a wet lab, snowshoe and cross county ski shop and more! Bubolz is here to offer you and your students over 25 different ways to learn outside the classroom and explore nature. Programs are designed to meet standards, encourage inquiry and exploration through hands-on activities, and explore the world around them.
Programs, Tours & Sample our Maple Syrup
Take in the sights, sounds and tastes of Bubolz with a complimentary ice cream topped with fresh maple syrup! Tables will be setup highlighting some of our favorite programs like Skins, Bones, and Unknowns, Renewable Energy, Maple Syrup, Snowshoeing, Winter Survival and more! You will have the opportunity to book field trips this evening as well as talk with naturalists on staff.
Be among the first to book our new programs including Low Ropes Course and Renewable Energy. The new clean-energy microgrid at Bubolz by Faith Technologies features innovative technology that offers a learning opportunity that students cannot access anywhere else in the Midwest.
