The 4th Annual BrewSki at Bubolz, presented by Secura will take place on Friday, February 11th, bringing together snow, craft beer, wine, and friends! With fun on tap from 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm, participants will kick off their BrewSki experience out on the Preserve’s 1 mile snowshoe or 1.5 mile ski trail illuminated by candles and moonlight. End your outdoor fun around the fire and checking out our awesome raffle prizes! For your safety and the safety of others, we have made the difficult decision to modify this year’s BrewSki and remove the sampling portion of the event in order to keep everything outside. Our staff had a hard time coming to this decision, as we’ve been looking forward hosting BrewSki in its original format, but feel this is the responsible and ethical choice.

This event is designed for ages 21 and over.

Schedule of Events

  • Participants can choose to ski, snowshoe or hike the trails. Arrival times are 5:00, 6:00 & 7:00.
  • There will be no sampling this year, but there will be fires going to warm you up, and raffle prizes to bid on

Cost

  • $30.00 per person

The price includes ski or snowshoe rental and a 6-pack of beer or bottle or wine to take home. The funds raised will benefit Bubolz Nature Preserve and enable us to provide meaningful experiences to our community through education, recreation and conservation. Because BrewSki is a fundraiser for Bubolz, no refunds will be given.

FAQs

Do I have to be an experienced skier or know how to snowshoe to participate? No, all abilities are welcome! First timers will receive some great tips from our staff.

Does my whole group need to ski or snowshoe? Because the ski and snowshoe trails are separate, if you want your group to stay together, you will all need to sign up for the same activity during registration. You can hike on the snowshoe trail, but snowshoeing and hiking are not allowed on the ski trails.

What happens if the snow levels are low? We hope to be able to host the event as a hike. We reserve the right to modify the event due to weather, no refunds will be given.

What happens if there is a spike in COVID cases? For your safety and the safety of others, we have made the difficult decision to modify this year’s BrewSki and remove the sampling portion of the event in order to keep everything outside. Our staff had a hard time coming to this decision, as we’ve been looking forward hosting BrewSki in its original format, but feel this is the responsible and ethical choice.
