Frosted Forest 2024: A Bubolz Holiday Weekend

Friday, December 6th: Adult-Only Evening (5:30 - 8:30 PM)

• Upstairs Elegance:
  • Immerse yourself in the classy décor of our Great Blue Heron Hall.
  • Live holiday music by the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra to enhance your evening.
  • Savor seasonal food options (light bites).
  • Enjoy a selection of wine, beer, and holiday-themed signature cocktails or mocktails (two drink tickets included with event pass).
• Downstairs Delight:
  • Warm up with hot cocoa (with an optional kick!) and explore our full bar offerings.
  • Roast s'mores by the firepit on our lower patio under the starlit sky.
  • Take part in games hosted by our DJ and win prizes from local vendors.
• Dress code: while there is no formal dress code, we encourage you to wear your ugliest holiday sweater or a festive costume to add to the fun!

Saturday, December 7th: Family-Friendly Holiday Craft Open House (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

• Drop in with your family for a day of creativity and holiday spirit.
• Participate in numerous nature-based holiday crafts, guided by our programming team.
• Suitable for all ages - create lasting memories and take home your handmade treasures!
• Please note, all children are to have an adult in attendance with them. If you purchase an individual ticket for your child, please make sure to purchase one for yourself as well. Thank you!
  

Ticket Information

Adult-Only Evening:

• $40 per person (must be 21+)
  • Participate in all of the evening's activities on Friday, December 6th.
  • Includes two drink tickets that can be exchanged for any drink of your choice (additional drinks available for cash or credit).
  • Light bites included.
  • Unlimited s'mores.
• This is a 21+ event with limited tickets available. Online registration will close at midnight on Thursday, December 5th. If any tickets are still available, we will post an announcement on our Facebook page the morning of the event (Friday, December 6th) sharing how many are left. If there are any, remaining tickets will be sold at the door for $45 each on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Family-Friendly Holiday Craft Open House:

• $8 for an individual, member ticket
• $10 for an individual, non-member ticket
• $20 for a member, family ticket
• $25 for a non-member, family ticket

Frosted Forest: A Bubolz Holiday Weekend is a fundraiser event to support Bubolz Nature Preserve. All proceeds from the event will directly support our mission-based work of providing high-quality, outdoor educational experiences to children of the Fox Valley communities and the conservation work we do to protect all the native species that call the 725 acres of Bubolz home. Because this is a fundraiser for Bubolz Nature Preserve, there will be no refunds unless the event is canceled by Bubolz. Thank you for supporting this important work!
