Forest Bathing with Kristen Roman

Join us at Bubolz, in collaboration with One Tree Forest Therapy, for Forest Bathing!

Kristen Roman, the founder and guide at One Tree Forest Therapy, has been leading guides through Wisconsin for 34 years. She has a deep, personal relationship with Wisconsin's landscapes and is a steward to 40 acres of forest and meadow. Kristen will be leading our program at Bubolz for a chance to offer participants a day of slowing down and connecting with nature!

What to expect:

• Solo and collaborative experiences to deepen awareness and presence
• A chance to reduce stress, anxiety, and blood pressure
• Increasing your creativity, clarity, and focus
• Tea ceremony/refreshments for a closing circle for reflection and integration
