Homeschool Adventures Spring 2026

Event Details:

This is a bimonthly drop-off program, running in two separate semesters throughout the school year.

Classes will vary topics based on season and will be both indoor and outdoor. This program is designed to supplement science curriculum and will be taught by knowledgeable naturalists and volunteers.

All children must be toilet trained and comfortable using the bathroom on their own.

Class times are:

Ages 5 & 6 9:00-11:00 am (Your child MUST be 5 by the start of the FIRST class)

Ages 7 & 8 1:00-3:00 pm

Ages 9-12 9:00-11:00am OR 1:00-3:00 pm

Cost:

Spring: $80/student for 9 classes

Dates for Spring 2026 Semester: (this is a separate sign up from the fall program)

• January 8th- Snow Science and Snowshoeing (weather permitting)
• January 22nd- Winter Survival and Animal Habitats
• February 5th- Animals of Bubolz
• February 19th- Animal babies and families
• March 5th- Sap to Syrup (March topics are subject to change with the sap season)
• March 19th- Signs of Spring (March topics are subject to change with the sap season)
• April 2nd- Monotremes and Egg Layers
• April 16th- GPS/Geocaching
• April 30th- Prairies, Ponds, and Insects- Oh my!
